Hi, I’m Greg. In 2013 I developed an eating disorder which led me to gain well over 50 pounds in a matter of just one and a half years. By 2015, I decided to take control of my lifestyle and shed all the weight I gained within 1 year. I’m happy to have maintained my current weight for the past few years, and I’m here to share my journey with you.

Role of nutrition

Nutrition plays a huge part when it comes to staying healthy as well as losing weight. Ever heard of the saying “you are what you eat”? From my experience, I can confidently say that it’s very accurate. One of my goals is to spread the awareness of nutrition in our daily lives.

I have seen so many individuals that get caught up with work, or other things in their life, that they neglect to take care of their own body.
