Nutrition plays a huge part when it comes to staying healthy as well as losing weight. Ever heard of the saying “you are what you eat”? From my experience, I can confidently say that it’s very accurate. One of my goals is to spread the awareness of nutrition in our daily lives.
Apart from our diet, keep ourselves active is such an important factor to staying fit and strong. I have seen so many individuals that get caught up with work, or other things in their life, that they neglect to take care of their own body.
